Wedding - Abbotsbury - April 2012
Hi Dan, sorry it's taken me so long to reply- we just got back from our honeymoon today! Of course:
As much as our guests enjoyed our wedding, honestly the most common comment from people was how AMAZING the hog roast was. Every one was so impressed by the succulent meat, soft squidgy baps and smiling service provided by Dan and his team.
There were two other things that really stood out for me-
1) the fact that I didn't have to worry about a thing. Dan and his friendly team turned up without me even being there to direct and help them to set up. They were ready in perfect timing alongside the schedule I had organised and when they left you wouldn't even have known they had been there, except for the rest of the left over meat which Dan kindly cut up and plated for us to serve with our evening buffet for no extra charge!

2) I was really worried about the unfortunate veggies as I know in general vegetarian food can sometimes be a little boring and tasteless- all the vegetarians were very happy and in particular my 80 year old Indian Granddad who usually refuses to eat anything unless its vegetarian and indian was delighted at the stuffed peppers and commented on it the next day.
Overall the food was just as delicious as dan had promised, the service was smiley, efficient and Dan couldn't have been more helpful in the run up to the wedding helping out with suggestions and answering my 10 million emails.
I was so impressed I have already recommended this hog roast company to a local 4 star hotel who were looking for a good reliable hog roast team. I wish Dan and his great team all the best for the future and should I ever need another pig on a stick I will surely use him.
